Payment Methods

Tuition is paid in FACTS Tuition Management by ACH or debit/credit card. If debit/credit card is used, a convenience fee of 2.95% will be added to the payment. There is no extra fee for ACH.

Payment Plan Options

One annual payment — 2.5% discount on tuition owed — due on your choice of the 1st or 10th of July.

10-month plan — equal installments August through May – due on your choice of the 1st or 10th of the month.

Other Costs

  1. Before-school care and after-school care – fee charged for each half hour.
  2. Lunch fees
  3. Elective HS course fees, class field trips, PE uniforms, bus service, fine arts, 8th grade trip, athletics, senior trip, MS/HS retreats, graduation fees and yearbook.

2026-2027 Financial Aid

We are now accepting financial aid applications for the 2026-2027 school year. This process includes reviewing family needs and available school funds, with awards granted based on this review.

Please note, financial aid awards are not carried over from year to year.

Key Deadlines

Returning students: The deadline for financial aid applications and all supporting documents is April 15, 2026. If you have filed an extension with the government, please get in contact with the business office by the deadline of April 5, 2026.

New students: Must be accepted for admission to ECA before applying for financial aid.

Required documentation: 2025 Complete Federal Tax Return

  • A readable, digital copy uploaded to FACTS or can be emailed to finance_deptREMOVE-THIS@elkhartchristian.org.
  • Otherwise, a hard-copy version can be brought in to the ECA front desk to be photocopied and given to the Business Office.
Important Notes

Applications will not be processed without the required supporting documentation.

For families who are divorced or separated, separate applications and tax documents may be required for both parents.

Additional Financial Aid Opportunities

Indiana Choice Scholarship

Voucher program that allows eligible students a scholarship to offset tuition cost at private schools. The award amount is based on the district a student resides.

ECA Eagle Scholarship

ECA has developed internal aid awards packages based on unique family situations and needs.

Eligibility – ECA Eagle Scholarship offers greater flexibility, but the family would need to demonstrate financial need.

Award amount is defined and allocated by a financial award committee (Range: varied).

SGO Scholarships

Donations that are given to the Community Foundation of Elkhart County for ECA’s SGO scholarship can be used to offset tuitions costs.

Eligibility is based on household AGI and financial need.

Award amount is determined by the school depending on available funds and financial need of family (Range: $500).

Tuition Pay Down Program

The Tuition Pay Down Program offers an opportunity for families to participate in fundraising activities that helps pay down their tuition.

Eligibility – Available to all who participate.

Amount is determined by the family’s involvement in the program (Range: Family determined).
